By submitting a form and purchasing a commission from me, you are automatically agreeing to the following conditions:
I, as the artist, retain all rights to the piece of art
You, the client, may not claim my work as your own
I have the rights to turn down a commission depending on the topic or requested figure -- or if it's not within my capabilities
Artwork is to be used for personal purposes only -- Ex: Character reference, profile picture, etc.
Commercial usage is to be discussed with the artist, but otherwise is forbidden -- Ex: printing image for distribution (t-shirts, stickers, etc.), youtube, etc.
Reselling artwork or using it for AI (including AI filters) or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited
Please credit the artist when using said artwork
Payments will be made through Paypal or Venmo, and MUST be paid upfront before I start the commission. (USD only)Refunds are not accepted, but please reach out if there is an issue
