COMMISSIONS -- TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting a form and purchasing a commission from me, you are automatically agreeing to the following conditions:

  • I, as the artist, retain all rights to the piece of art

  • You, the client, may not claim my work as your own

  • I have the rights to turn down a commission depending on the topic or requested figure -- or if it's not within my capabilities nor comfort zone

  • Artwork is to be used for personal purposes only -- Ex: Character references, profile picture, etc.

  • Commercial usage is to be discussed with the artist, but otherwise is forbidden and discouraged -- Ex: printing image for distribution/sale (t-shirts, stickers, etc.), youtube, etc.

  • Reselling artwork or using it for AI (including AI filters) or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited

  • Please credit the artist when using said artwork

Payments will be made through Paypal, and MUST be paid upfront before I start the commission (USD only)Full refunds are not accepted, but please reach out if there is an issue
